HELP roadside service is available to HELP members any day, any time, in any car, whether you are the passenger or the driver. As long as the member is with the car, they can get roadside service anywhere in the region of Addis Ababa.

Our Best Services

Minor Auto repairs

Our rescuers are trained to identify and address vehicles with most common mechanical and electrical problems. We'll make minor adjustments (not requiring parts) in an effort to get your vehicle up and running again. HELP’s roadside technicians will check fluids, wire connections, and more.

Jumpstart

If your car will not start, HELP will test your battery and attempt to jump-start your vehicle.

Gas Delivery

If you run out of fuel, HELP will bring you enough to get you to the nearest gas station.

Note that if you need fuel, you must request it to our technical assistance (Benzin or Diesel), and fuel may not be available in all locations

Tire change

Whenever you get a flat, a HELP rescuer will come out to install your vehicles spare tire. If an inflated spare isn’t available, or if the rescuer deems the existing spare unsafe, we will take your tire to an approved facility (Note that this service is with extra cost) get the tire repaired.

Towing cars

If your car isn’t safe to be driven, HELP can organize an approved towing service and bring you to Auto Repair facility of your choice or to your Home.

1How can I request HELP roadside service now?

There are 2 ways to contact HELP for 24/7 roadside service. The fastest and most efficient way is to use the HELP Roadside Request Application tool, or to call HELP Callcenter (8347) and we will on the way. While you wait, you can followup our Rescuers and track with our APP their arrival.

HELP roadside service is available to HELP members any day, any time, in any car, whether you are the passenger or the driver. As long as the member is with the car, they can get roadside service anywhere in the region of Addis Ababa. We are here for you when the unexpected happens, whether that’s when your car breaks down, your battery dies, you run out of gas, need a tire change, need minor repairs, or are just stranded. All HELP roadside services are included as part of your HELP membership, but some may require an extra charge.

4How much is a HELP membership?

The Membership fee :=>>> Monthly ->> 800 ETB <<< / >>> 6 Monthly ->> 2250 ETB ,<<< / >>> Yearly ->> 3540 ETB. <<< / >>>>> In some cases, additional charges may apply. For example, for Towing, repairing spare Tire. <<<<<

5How many times can I request the service HELP roadside service in a Month?

Each member receives up to 2 roadside service per month in any vehicle you are in. After 2 services, the member will pay a service charge of 200 ETB.

6Which vehicles does HELP roadside service cover?

HELP roadside service provides assistance for the cars only and up to a maximum of seven sits (including the driver).
